Systems Analyst

IT Support Engineer
Provides technical support to end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues. Responsible for computer setup and deployment, Windows/Mac support, Microsoft 365, printers, mobile devices, user accounts and asset management. Coordinates hardware repairs, replacements, and software installations while ensuring timely resolution of support requests.
Data Center Technician
Supports daily data center operations, including server installation, cabling, hardware troubleshooting, equipment replacement, rack/stack activities, and system monitoring. Maintains IT infrastructure, performs hardware deployments and inventory management. Conducts routine inspections, updates ticketing systems, and collaborates with team.
